This photograph was taken in the foothills of the Blue Mountains just outside of Pendleton, Oregon. As evening approached, the setting sun painted the hilltops a brilliant shade of orange. A large canvas of this image was commissioned by St. Anthony Hospital and hangs in the patient wing.
